When I switched to a plant-based diet, I wanted to find a natural way to make it work. So I decided to learn from those who have been doing it all along. Through traveling the world, I discovered that we’ve eaten plant-based food for thousands of years, whether because of religion, poverty or nature. On my channel, I document my journey, share the dishes I find along the way and recreate some of them in my own kitchen.
