I worked at Microsoft for 15 years, and I led teams that designed and built the user interfaces of some of the world’s best-known software—products like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, and Surface, among others.

In 2014, I co-founded my own company, Textio, to build breakthrough software that helps create understanding between people.
