Hey Squad! Welcome you to Stomp and Shake University — a channel dedicated to educating, celebrating, and uplifting the art and culture of Stomp and Shake cheerleading.

Whether you’re a veteran, an alumni, a die-hard fan, or someone who’s just now hearing about it — you’re in the right place! I cheered Stomp and Shake style in middle school and high school, and over time I’ve realized that so many people still don’t fully understand what Stomp and Shake is… or that it even exists!

That’s why this platform was created — to spread awareness, showcase incredible teams from around the world, and build a positive, educational space for everyone interested in learning more about this powerful style of cheer.
