We all struggle with life and what it throw's at us at times. So we all could do with a little help - self help! My channel provides beautiful mixture and textures of music and sounds to help in difficult times. Whether it is sleeplessness, anxiety, stress, depression, low self esteem etc. or in general have lost your way.

I am a very English woman who loves to travel and enjoy the diversity and differences of all other music and cultures from far flung corners of our earth, (and some not so far flung!)
