The HeartMath® Institute is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) research and education organization that was established in 1991 by founder Doc Childre.

Our mission is to co-create a kinder, more compassionate world by conducting interconnectivity research and providing heart-based, science-proven tools for raising humanity’s baseline consciousness from separation and discord to compassionate care and cooperation. HeartMath Institute is committed to helping individuals, families, groups and organizations enhance their life experiences using evidence-based practices that bridge the connection between heart and mind and deepen people’s connection with the hearts of others. This empowers people to greatly reduce stress, increase resilience and unlock their natural intuitive guidance for making better choices.
