David Horowitz provides regulatory compliance, industrial wastewater treatment plant design, flammable and combustible storage tank design services as well as tank integrity testing services to industrial, municipal, institutional and federal clients. He is a Professional Engineer and a Certified Safety Professional. Dave serves as a Vice President and project director on a broad range of projects, including: wastewater treatment plant design, oil storage system design, permitting, regulatory compliance, demolition, and tank integrity testing. He promotes process optimization and economic savings through the application of his knowledge of industrial wastewater treatment plant systems. In addition, he performs safety and wastewater operations training and assists prospective wastewater treatment plant operators with examination preparation.
